2016 Premier Ultra Lite

Built before Covid, this 2016 trailer is almost like new. 

All the windows are fully tinted for UV protection, with an added bonus of decreasing the need for air-conditioning. 

It features a bedroom with an upgraded queen size mattress, a pullout sofa, which easily sleeps 2 adults and a kitchen table that converts to a bed.

The living area in addition to the sofa has 2 incredibly comfortable reclining chairs across from the entertainment centre. I challenge you to stay awake through a whole movie.

There are three speakers, two indoors, and one outdoors.

Also outdoors is an outdoor kitchen, which features a second TV and a bar fridge. Perfect for watching the game with your friends on the lower deck.  The upper deck has a large dining table with six chairs. Surrounded by multiple beautiful flowers you might think you, your family and your friends are dining in a café.

This is a huge lot with a very unique area we call our “oasis”!!

Picture this!  It’s a beautiful sunny afternoon and you are sitting on your swing under a gorgeous canopy of fir trees. The trees are swaying to a gentle wind.  The birds are singing their little hearts out. The sun is peeking through the canopy sending multiple beams dancing everywhere.

Yes a little piece of heaven just for you oh, but there’s more!  You also have a park bench for two as well as another two garden chairs, should you decide to share your oasis.

Located on the lot are two separate garden sheds with ample storage. 

Included with the sale is a canoe, a lawnmower purchased last summer, a bbq, a swing, a park bench, patio furniture on both the upper and lower decks as well as dishes, glass ware, cutlery, pots and pans and numerous gardening items. Truly turn key!

I wish to share with you that we have been in this campground for 21 years and sadly we have to sell due to health reasons.  Over the years, we’ve made many friends and had wonderful experiences. This campground is very family oriented.
