Trailer is set up at Moonlight Bay Campground on Otter Laker, Portland Ontario, 15 minutes

south of Smiths Falls.

This luxury trailer has 8-foot ceilings giving the feeling of a home and features 2 ceiling fans and

central vac.

With oversized opposing slide outs, the living area grows to an impressive 13’ x 15’. The pullout

couch and large chair and ottoman enjoy a cozy electric fireplace in the entertainment center.

The kitchen hosts a full-sized stainless-steel fridge with a bottom 2 drawer freezer, gas stove

and oven, and microwave as well as a peninsula for maximum counter space.

In the second bedroom/office/den, there is another pullout couch with single bunk above in the

3 rd slide out, a desk with 2 drawers and a wardrobe.

Down the hall is the three-piece bathroom with a bright standup shower and a linen closest.

Beyond that the primary bedroom has a built-in 3 drawer dresser, a wardrobe with 2 more

drawers below it and additional storage above the headboard in the 4 th slide out.

Non-permanent slide out covers are easily installed and removed for insurance against leaks

but also allow you to bring in the slide outs in so you can put the included cover on for winter

storage. 

You will never have to caulk this trailer as all of the seams have been double taped with Endura

Tape. Also, the entire bottom of the trailer is rodent proof; it has been wrapped with ¼”

galvanized steel screen.

Your Retreat is sitting on a very large very private lot with plenty of room behind for parking.

There are 2 sheds, a large covered wood cradle and a firepit. A 10’ x 12’ gazebo sits on its own

12’ x 12’ deck.

Cooking has never been so enjoyable in the enhanced covered BBQ station on a large deck

that spans the full length of the trailer. The BBQ station features a BBQ, overhead light and

power for additional small appliances.
